It connects supported workflows around clients, services, team members, questionnaires, terms and conditions, quotes, assigned jobs, before-and-after images, invoices, business information, payouts, and Marketplace visibility.

The primary public audience is owners and managers of supported service businesses. The platform also has Employee and Client roles, while the public Marketplace is available to people browsing registered businesses.

No. The core product is the service-business workspace. The Marketplace is a separate public discovery layer that complements the operations platform.

GetContractorz currently serves businesses in Canada and the United States. More specific geographic coverage should only be claimed when actual registered-business data supports it.

Create an account, complete the business-registration form in the Business tab, and when the business is created your account role changes from User to Manager.

Employees can view assigned jobs, complete assigned jobs, and upload before-and-after images as part of the job workflow.

The Manager creates a personalized service and the Client receives a service-related magic link. The Client completes the questionnaire, and the Manager reviews the submission before activating the service.

Depending on their access and service status, Clients can access their dashboard, view services created for them, complete questionnaires, follow service-related email or magic-link actions, and access relevant quotes and invoices.

The Marketplace is a public discovery layer where visitors can browse registered service businesses and access public business information and contact details.

No. Visitors decide which business they want to contact.

No. GetContractorz does not currently independently verify business identity, licensing, credentials, insurance, employee backgrounds, service quality, or other business claims.

No. Communication, pricing, terms, and the service arrangement are handled directly between the visitor and the selected business.
