Scope and acceptance
By accessing or using GetContractorz, a user agrees to follow these terms and all applicable requirements. A person who uses the platform for a business confirms that they have authority to act for that business.
GetContractorz is intended for service businesses, their authorized team members and invited clients, and visitors using the public Marketplace.
Accounts, roles, and responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and access links, and keep role assignments appropriate. Managers control business information and supported workflows. Employees receive access assigned through the business. Clients receive access to relevant service information through invitations or approved links.
A registered business is responsible for its business profile, service information, questionnaires, terms, quotes, jobs, invoices, communications, team access, and compliance obligations.
Marketplace listings and direct service relationships
Marketplace information is supplied by registered businesses. GetContractorz does not independently verify or endorse listed businesses and does not guarantee identity, licensing, credentials, insurance, response, leads, job completion, service quality, or outcomes.
Visitors choose which business to contact. Pricing, service terms, scheduling, communications, payment obligations, and the final service relationship are handled directly between the visitor or client and the selected business. GetContractorz does not become the service provider merely because the platform is used.
User content and acceptable use
Users remain responsible for information and files they provide. They must have the rights and authority needed to upload or share that content and must not use GetContractorz for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, distribute malicious code, misuse another person's information, impersonate another person or business, send unlawful or abusive communications, or publish content they do not have the right to use. GetContractorz may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect users, the platform, providers, or legal compliance.
Payments, refunds, and current free access
Stripe processes supported payment activity. GetContractorz does not store complete payment-card credentials. Service prices and payment terms come from the registered business, and refund decisions may depend on the direct service arrangement and applicable requirements.
Business registration and platform access are currently free. A subscription model may be introduced later, but no future plan, price, billing arrangement, or transition promise is currently published.
Availability, disclaimers, and changes
The platform may change as features, providers, and operational needs evolve. GetContractorz does not promise uninterrupted availability or outcomes that depend on a registered business or another user.
Final provisions covering the legal entity, governing law, dispute forum, liability, indemnity, content licensing, and termination require approved legal wording. Updated terms will show a revised date and any additional notice required by law.
