Why did I receive a GetContractorz invitation?
Your service business uses Get-Contractorz to manage part of its workflow.
A business Manager can create your client record and send an email invitation so you can create or access your GetContractorz account. That account gives you access to the parts of the platform relevant to your services.
Receiving an invitation does not mean GetContractorz employs, verifies, or guarantees the business providing your service.

How the invitation and questionnaire process works
From email invitation to active service.

You receive an email invitation to create or access your account.

The business reviews your submission.
The Manager reviews the questionnaire and changes the service from pending to active.
You continue through the relevant client area.
Depending on your access and service status, you can view applicable services, quotes, and invoices.

What Get-Contractorz does and does not do.
GetContractorz provides the platform used by registered businesses and their clients. It does not independently verify the business, guarantee the quality or completion of its work, or become the service provider simply because the business uses the platform.
There is currently no GetContractorz platform fee for invited clients. Any service price, payment terms, or service agreement is handled with the service business.

Is my service provider employed by GetContractorz?
No. Marketplace businesses and businesses using the platform are not represented as GetContractorz employees.
Does GetContractorz verify my service provider?
No. GetContractorz does not currently independently verify business identity, licensing, credentials, insurance, employee backgrounds, service quality, or other business claims.
Does GetContractorz guarantee the work?
No. GetContractorz does not guarantee service quality, job completion, response times, or service satisfaction.
Do I pay GetContractorz to use my client account?
There is currently no GetContractorz platform fee for clients. Service pricing and payment arrangements are handled directly with the service business.
What if I received a link I do not recognize?
Use the Contact page to ask GetContractorz for help and contact the service business through a channel you already trust if you need to confirm the invitation.
